ProVision Retail Group seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of 15 account executives across the Midwest region. You'll drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and exceed quarterly targets.

We're looking for a proven sales leader with experience scaling B2B sales operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B sales with 3+ in leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding $10M+ quotas
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Willingness to travel 30%
